One week done in the City Tournament and some great scores have already been shot. Whether they will stand until the end of the tournament has yet to be seen. There are a lot of very good bowlers yet to bowl.
These are the scores from this past weekend for the women. Team Handicap (2710) and Team Scratch (2586) are being held by Meadowood YABA, whose team members are Debby Slusser, Patty Fanter, Kristy Jones and Brandyn Crawford. Low to cash is 2709.
The leaders for Doubles Handicap are Candy Deyo and Cynthia Atkins with a 1339. Low to cash is 1338. Lynne DuVall and Stephanie Davis are currently holding scratch Doubles with a 1110.
Lois Cline is leading singles Handicap with a 690. Low to cash is 665. Stephanie Davis holds Singles Scratch with a 535. Davis also holds Special Scratch with a 425.
Cline is the leader of All Events Handicap with a 2055 and Davis leads All Events Scratch with an 1807.
Across town in the Men’s Tournament, the Handicap and Scratch portion of the team event are being held by Meadowood Lanes #1, whose members are Terry McNamara, Tom Clarke, Ricky Beck and Ted Staikoff. Their score was 2738.
Austin Jundt and Dan Quilt teamed up in Doubles to lead both the Handicap and Scratch divisions with a score of 1449. Low to Cash in the Handicap division is 1338.
Todd Pallas is leading the Handicap and Scratch division of Singles with a score of 722 and 720 respectively. Low to cash in Handicap Singles is 648 and in the Scratch division it is 680.
Dan Quilt is holding all Events Scratch with a 2094 and low to cash is 1995. Pallas holds the All Events Handicap division with a 2096. Low to cash is 1995.
The Tournament continues next weekend at both houses.

Tyler Engel in the Metro League and Tom Clarke in the Bud Light Sunday Sweeper threw 300 games.
Robert Round threw an 11 in a row 296 game in the Bud Light Sunday Sweeper.
Gene Tolen threw an 11 in a row game of 299 in the Friday Night Mixed League.
Michelle Gross, Nola L’Esperance, Jacque Pennel and Jone Moser, bowling on the Try Hard League all bowled a score of 140 their first game of the evening.
